don’t drink to much juice, it has alot of sugar which=calories=stores as fat.Check your foods and see if their is alot of sodium. There are lots of words for salt, you have to check. Water is the best to drink and drinking alot is OK, as long as your not diabetic. Did he do a blood test? Thats the only way to tell.

You have to realize the determining factor is each individual and what they are taught to believe. It breaks down to how you process those memories and experiences. Emotional attachments is the key.

I am addicted to chocolate and pop, and i cut the soda down hard core , and it was hard because i loved it, because my dad and i used to drink so much of it together… but after a few months, the soda didn’t takes the same… and i didn’t really want it, and now i drink only non caffiene soda, once in awhile. The chocolate habit is a little harder…. cause i love it so much, and i will eat it even if i am full… but i am trying lol. LOVE THE VIDEO!

im always snacking at like midnight or later and ill go to bed after i eat it
and im going to try my hardest to stop.
Well this didn’t really help me. I for some reason CANNOT lose the last 10 pounds or so. Not incredibly noticeable, but when I take my shirt off it does.
I used to play basketball ALL day and drank only water and milk. Ate barely any sugars, but still shouldn’t have mattered since I was running all the time. Now I sit and do nothing and eat worse, but don’t gain weight. What’s up with that?
Try to trink no milk for a week or two and see what happens. Many people have a Lactose intolerance and don“t know it. (by the way milk has a LOT of calories)

But everyone assumes you overeat if you are overweight. I don’t snack, don’t buy sweets or cakes, avoid pastry, only eat when I am hungry, leave what I don’t want. WHY do I constantly look pregnant?? Food cannot be the problem – it must be my reaction to food…or to something? I’ve tapped on hating myself, feeling fat, things people have said to me (the day my husband left me he said I was too fat and ugly for him, called me neanderthal…I felt HUGE!!) But nothing. Just nothing.
